Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the ad-free podcast service
Process audio files and detect ad segments
Manage your account and subscriptions
Enforce rate limits for fair usage
Improve the service and fix issues

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

Google Gemini API: For AI-powered ad detection in audio
OpenAI API: For audio transcription and ad analysis
Cloudflare R2: For storing processed audio files
Stripe: For payment processing

Audio files are sent to these services for processing and are not retained by them beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Processed audio files are stored to serve your ad-free feeds. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you unfollow a podcast, your follower record is permanently deleted.
