By using AdFree.fm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AdFree.fm processes podcast episodes to detect and remove advertisement segments. The service provides modified RSS feeds and audio files with ads removed. Ad detection is AI-powered and may not be 100% accurate.

3. User Accounts

You may use basic features without an account, subject to daily processing limits. Creating an account gives you higher limits and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Fair Usage

To ensure fair access for all users:

• Anonymous users: Up to 3 episode processing requests per day
• Free accounts: Up to 10 episode processing requests per day
• Pro accounts: Unlimited processing with priority queue

Abuse of the service, including circumventing rate limits, may result in access being restricted.

5. Intellectual Property

AdFree.fm does not claim ownership of any podcast content. We process publicly available podcast feeds at user request. Podcast content remains the property of its respective creators and publishers.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ad detection is automated and may occasionally miss ads or incorrectly identify content as ads. We are not responsible for the accuracy of ad removal.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdFree.fm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
